Анотация: Bulgarian universities have to prepare documents in various formats and structures to demonstrate their capabilities to external evaluation committees. Some types of documents are based on the data about professional achievements of academic staff. Maintaining electronic records and retrieving information is a specific information management task that requires implementation of appropriate information technology.
