Description: The residue and risk level of plant growth regulator in main producing areas of Shandong were clarified. From 2017 to 2018, 260 samples of cherry, grape, pear, jujube, blueberry and watermelon were collected from Shandong. 20 plant growth regulators were analyzed using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Chronic dietary intake risk of plant growth regulators in fruits was evaluated by
